Even in the digital age, trade fairs such as PLMA in Amsterdam remain a real highlight. Our Managing Director was there and captured a few moments in a video.
At last week's meeting of the Leaders Club - a network of gastronomy enthusiasts and companies at the Hofbräukeller in Munich - everything revolved around what really moves our industry. The motto: "People, brands & emotions." Right in the middle of it all: restaurateur Silja Steinberg, host of the event, who put it in a nutshell: "Emotions are the foundation of our industry." In panels and discussions, it became clear that places for real encounters are needed, especially in times of change. Our Managing Director Thomas Schneidawind was also a guest at the event.
