How did the name ADRIA come about? "Our founders imported ham from the former Yugoslavia in the 1950s. This is known to be on the beautiful Adriatic Sea. When the Italian business was established in the 3rd generation of our family business, the brand name was quickly found: ADRIA! Because Italy is also located on the Mediterranean coast and the Adriatic Sea - and reminds us of our beginnings."
