June 18: Day of sustainable gastronomy
Are you already familiar with "The good news" in our Food News? Here we present exciting projects, initiatives or companies that make the world a little bit better, more sustainable or simply more beautiful.
For example (in keeping with today's Sustainable Gastronomy Day) the canteen of the Oberbank Head Office. In order to protect the environment, it offers the opportunity to take leftover food home at a reasonable price in the early afternoon. This innovative initiative by the regional bank based in Linz, where Paul M. Müller is also a customer, aims to prevent food waste.
