A true classic of Italian cuisine and our product of the month: Adria tuna.

As a topping on tonno pizza and in pasta al tonno or Mediterranean salads, tuna adds a strong, hearty note. While tuna in juice offers a pure, clear taste, the variant in oil provides a particularly juicy texture. Skipjack and yellowfin are the main species used for processing.
