New study Exciting figures

Positive news from the 8,000 company restaurants in Germany: after the coronavirus low, the number of guests rose again in 2023.

Compared to 2022, namely by 36.6%. Growth continued in 2024. The figures from the new study by the think tank Zukunft der Gastwelt and the German Institute for Community Gastronomy (DIG) are certainly impressive - you can find out more in our current Food News or directly here in the complete study.

A clear trend: vegetarian and vegan dishes are becoming increasingly important. This is an exciting development that we are following with interest and actively helping to shape - for example with our diverse Adria products. They are ideal for uncomplicated use in plant-based commercial kitchens.
