ADRIA Peperonata: Recipe inspiration

Bruschetta meets peperonata
Ingredients for 4 portions:
- 1 baguette
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 10 TBSP. ADRIA peperonata
- 1 handful of fresh basil leaves
Preparation:
- Cut the baguette into finger-thick slices, drizzle or brush with olive oil, place side by side on a baking tray and toast in the top third of the oven for a few minutes at 240 degrees.
- Peel the garlic and rub the toasted bread with it, then layer the peperonata on the bread and serve garnished with basil leaves.
