Off to the year 2023 and with it to the Veganuary. What's behind it? Veganuary is a campaign that has been motivating people to eat vegan in January since 2014.

Last year, 629000 people in over 200 countries took part. Their motives? Vegans prevent cardiovascular diseases with their diet, lower cholesterol levels and minimize the risk of developing diabetes.

2. stay curious: Veganism doesn't have to be a closed book. Especially in the beginning, it's fun to try out new recipes and look for alternatives to animal foods.
3. in the rest lies the strength: Who does not manage to eat vegan every day in January, can undertake three days per week. Or two. Or one. Paths are created by walking them - step by step.
