That’s why we’re consciously taking the time today to work together on our collaboration, communication, and corporate culture. We’ll be guided in this process by Coach Martin Groß. Because we’re convinced that when a team grows together, it can better overcome challenges, navigate change more successfully, and remain capable of taking action even in turbulent times. „There are many factors currently affecting companies that we cannot influence. But we can influence how we work together as a team,“ says Managing Director Thomas Schneidawind. PMM Co-Managing Director Fabian Kretschmer adds: „Especially in economically challenging times, trust, communication, and cohesion are key building blocks for resilience.“
