In Italy, one of the country's most important religious and family holidays is celebrated today, August 15: Ferragosto (in German: Feast Day of Augustus or mid-August).
Families go on vacation, factories come to a standstill, stores remain closed or have reduced opening hours. With this in mind: Buon Ferragosto to all those who celebrate it.
