Summer sorbet: with an Adriatic fruit cocktail
Fancy some fruity refreshment? For homemade, summery sorbet, all you need is our Adria fruit cocktail - and nothing else.
Simply scoop out the fruit, freeze it flat-layered, carefully puree it and serve immediately. For whipped cream ice cream, simply mix the drained fruit with cream, fill into suitable molds and freeze for at least four hours. Bon appétit!
