Dr. Thomas Geppert, Landesgesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrer des Bayerischen Hotel- und Gastst\u00e4ttenverbands DEHOGA Bayern e.V., berichtet: \u201eNeben Preiserh\u00f6hungen, die nach Umfrageergebnissen \u00fcber 90 Prozent aller Betriebe geplant hatten, haben 73 Prozent vor, ihr Angebot z. B. hinsichtlich Rezepturen und verwendeter Grundzutaten zu \u00e4ndern.\u201c Bedeutet konkret: Portionsgr\u00f6\u00dfen anpassen und beispielsweise Schweine- statt Kalbfleisch verwenden.<\/p>\n<p>Dazu kommen weitere Ma\u00dfnahmen: \u201e69 Prozent werden geplante Investitionen k\u00fcrzen oder streichen, 31 Prozent werden die \u00d6ffnungszeiten weiter reduzieren, 26 Prozent planen Mitarbeitende zu entlassen und 7 Prozent rechnen mit einer Betriebsaufgabe.\u201c Der DEHOGA Bayern e.V. m\u00f6chte (genau wie sein bundesweiter Dachverband) weiterhin f\u00fcr die 7 Prozent k\u00e4mpfen. \u201eUm faire Wettbewerbsbedingungen gegen\u00fcber Essen im Stehen und Gehen, Imbissbuden und Hei\u00dfen Theken im Vergleich zu dem Lebensmitteleinzelhandel zu bekommen, muss der Mehrwertsteuersatz dauerhaft reduziert werden.
