Der Hauptgrund daf\u00fcr ist die kleine bis sehr kleine Gr\u00f6\u00dfe der Fische, die sich selbst Branchen-Experten nicht erkl\u00e4ren k\u00f6nnen. Die Folge: F\u00fcr die Verarbeitung der gleichen Fang-Menge sind mehr Arbeiter in den Fabriken n\u00f6tig. Gleichzeitig gestaltet sich die Generierung von Mitarbeitenden schwierig. Daher hoffen alle Beteiligten seit Januar auf gr\u00f6\u00dfere Fische.
