Februar 2023 herrschte in N\u00fcrnberg Ausnahmezustand. Knapp 36.000 Fachbesucher aus 135 L\u00e4ndern str\u00f6mten an diesen Tagen auf das Messe-Duo aus Weltleitmesse f\u00fcr Biolebensmittel sowie internationaler Fachmesse f\u00fcr Naturkosmetik. Zus\u00e4tzlich zu den 2.765 Messest\u00e4nden rundeten 120 Veranstaltungen des BIOFACH und VIVANESS Kongress das Programm ab. Im Zentrum der Gespr\u00e4che und Foren standen laut offizieller Pressemitteilung des Veranstalters vor allem Fragen zur aktuellen Marktentwicklung und -trends sowie politische und rechtliche Rahmenbedingungen.<\/p>\n<p>Unser Fazit nach einem langen Messetag als Besucher: Ein Hoch auf die pers\u00f6nlichen Begegnungen und Gespr\u00e4che! So haben wir neben Gesch\u00e4ftspartnern auch die Gesch\u00e4ftsf\u00fchrerin des Waren-Vereins der Hamburger B\u00f6rse getroffen: Jeanette Gonnermann. Wir freuen uns jetzt schon auf die kommende <a class=\"link\" href=\"https:\/\/www.anuga.de\/\">Anuga-Fachmesse<\/a> von 7.-11. Oktober.
