Peperonata Love

We love Italian cuisine and are pleased to present here our Italian Peperonata. Peperonata is a popular classic, a rustic delicacy that originated in Calabria.
This is again a genuine ADRIA premium product from Paul M. Müller. Created for the professional kitchen, we offer this product in the traditional 2650 ml can; and as a preserve, it has a shelf life of three years from production.
For our Peperonata we use the best ingredients: sun-ripened Italian tomatoes, crispy fresh peppers and hearty onions. Everything is sauteed in the best sunflower oil and finely seasoned with salt and fragrant basil. Delicious!

We have therefore gone to the PMM kitchen with our Peperonata and want to present you two dishes that we particularly like. Simple and tasty, just typically Italian: This is on the one hand “Polenta with Peperonata” and on the other “Peperonata with anchovies and capers”.
