Weniger Ertrag auf den Feldern f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00fc<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">hrte zu einem \u201eHauen und Stechen um Rohware\", wie Marktkenner berichten. Das gleiche Szenario sehen wir bei Paprika. Es betrifft vor allem die Paprikasorten Topa (Rundpaprika) und Kapia (Spitzpaprika). Hintergrund: Die Produzenten von Paprikamark suchen derzeit so viel Rohware wie m<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00f6<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">glich, weil der Marktpreis f<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00fc<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">r Paprikamark interessant geworden ist. Im PMM-Marktbericht Juli hatten wir diese Turbulenzen bereits vorhergesehen. F<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00fc<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">r alle Paprikaprodukte zeigt sich nun ein sp<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00fc<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">rbarer Preisanstieg an. Nicht zuletzt macht sich auch am Bosporus das Problem von dramatischen Kostensteigerungen bei Energie, L<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00f6<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">hnen und Verpackungsmaterial immer st<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00e4<\/span><span data-contrast=\"none\">rker bemerkbar. Hinzu kommt eine galoppierende Inflation im Land (offiziell 80%; inoffiziell dreistellig), welche die kritische Entwicklung auf Produzentenseite befeuert.
